QUYI TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD. ("Company" or "We") hereby expressly reminds you to carefully read this Paid Value-Added Services and Auto-Renewal Agreement ("Agreement") before purchasing value-added services on the Zestr platform. Ensure that you fully understand all terms herein, including clauses limiting the Company’s liability and restricting user rights. Read this Agreement prudently and choose to accept or decline its terms. Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you may not register, log in, or use the services described herein. Your registration, login, or use of the services shall constitute acceptance of this Agreement and your binding commitment to comply with all its terms.
This Agreement is an integral part of the Zestr Terms of Service. Additionally, any rules, policies, or guidelines related to the services published by the Company from time to time shall form part of this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement and purchasing value-added services, you agree to comply with all terms herein, the Zestr User Agreement, and other applicable rules. If you do not accept this Agreement, you may not access the services covered herein.
I. General Provisions
Zestr is a location-based mobile social product developed by QUYI TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD.
Zestr User refers to any individual who completes the registration process, accepts the Zestr User Agreement, and uses Zestr services in compliance with its terms and guidelines.
II. Service Fees
The fees for Zestr value-added services are displayed at the time of purchase. You shall pay via a one-time payment. The Company may offer discounts based on purchase methods or quantities, as specified on the payment page.
The Company reserves the right to adjust service fees at any time. Updated fees will be displayed on the payment page. Users who purchased services under the original fee standards will retain their benefits for the prepaid period without additional charges.
III. Service Description
Zestr Value-Added Services are paid premium services provided by the Company. Specific benefits are detailed on the purchase page.The Company may modify service content at its discretion.Fees for one-time purchases (e.g., 1/3/12-month plans) are non-refundable after payment.
Auto-Renewal Service: Statement on Auto-Renewal Service
If you have already activated the platform membership subscription service, you may choose to enable the auto-renewal function. After enabling auto-renewal, you authorize Zestr to deduct the membership subscription fee for the next billing cycle (including 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months) from your self-owned recharge account, third-party payment account bound to your user account, bank card, or communication account balance before the expiration of your current subscribed membership service. The Platform will send you an auto-renewal notification 【3】 days in advance before deducting fees for each billing cycle.
Statement on Automatic Renewal Service for Members
On the premise that you have activated the platform membership subscription service, you may choose to activate the automatic renewal service. After activating the automatic renewal service, you will authorize Zestr to deduct the membership subscription fee for the next billing cycle (including: 1 month, 3 months, 12 months) from your own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to your user account, bank card, or communication account balance when the validity period of your subscribed membership service is about to expire. Zestr will send you an automatic renewal notice 【3】 days in advance before deducting fees for each billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy
A. Users can proactively disable the automatic renewal function through one of the following channels, but at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires:
·Zestr application: Navigate to Account Settings
·Apple ecosystem: iTunes or Apple ID settings
·Google ecosystem: Google Play subscriptions
B. Methods to Cancel Automatic Subscription
For iOS system, close the automatic renewal function by following these steps:
a. Manually open the [Settings] on your iPhone;
b. Go to [iTunes Store & App Store];
c. Tap [Apple ID] to pop up the Apple ID quick menu;
d. Select [View Apple ID] to enter the [Account Settings] page;
e. Select [Subscriptions], find [Zestr], and enter the subscription editing status;
f. Tap [Cancel Subscription], then tap [Confirm] again to complete.
For Google Play cancellation:
a. Log in to the Google Play Store
First, ensure you are logged into your Google account. Open the Google Play Store app, tap the avatar or menu icon in the upper right corner, and enter the account management page.
b. Find subscription management
On the account management page, find and tap the "Subscriptions" option. This will list all services you are currently subscribing to via the Google Play Store.
c. Select and cancel the subscription
In the subscriptions list, find the service for which you want to cancel automatic renewal. Tap to enter the service details page, where you will see information about the subscription cycle, price, and automatic renewal status. On the subscription details page, find and tap "Cancel Subscription" or a similar option. The system may ask you to confirm the cancellation. Read the consequences of canceling carefully and confirm that you indeed wish to cancel.
d. Confirm successful cancellation
After completing the cancellation, the system will display a prompt indicating successful cancellation. To ensure that automatic renewal has been successfully turned off, you can return to the subscription management page to check if the service has been removed from the list.
You can also cancel automatic renewal within the platform:
Tap [Settings], go to [Account & Security], and you will see the [Manage Automatic Subscriptions] button. Tap it to turn off automatic renewal.
IV. Activation and Termination of Services
Services are activated upon successful registration and payment through Zestr’s designated channels.
The service period begins at activation. Check the remaining validity under "Account Center" > "Membership" in the app.
V. User Rights and Obligations
Users have equal rights and must comply with the Company’s rules, including this Agreement and the Zestr User Agreement.
Losses arising from violations of the Zestr User Agreement shall be borne solely by the user.
You may use value-added services during the active period.
No refunds will be issued for voluntarily terminated or canceled services.
You are solely liable for content posted or transmitted via Zestr and must comply with all applicable laws when using free or paid services.
VI. Company’s Rights and Obligations
The Company shall ensure compliant users access value-added services. Technical failures affecting service delivery will be addressed promptly, but the Company bears no liability for user losses.
The Company will not disclose non-public user information unless required by law or the Zestr User Agreement.
Notices will be delivered via Zestr’s system.
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure but will mitigate impacts.
The Company bears no responsibility for account breaches due to user negligence. To prevent misuse, the Company may restrict account access upon user request, regardless of third-party intent.
The Company may suspend or terminate services without compensation if you harm Zestr, its users, or violate the Zestr User Agreement, and reserves the right to pursue legal action.
Illegal activities will result in immediate account termination without compensation, and you shall bear full legal liability.
VII. Miscellaneous
Rules or policies published by the Company are integral to this Agreement.
Conflicts between this Agreement and the Zestr User Agreement shall be resolved in favor of the latter.
Governing Law Clause: Subject to the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction Specific, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding existence, validity or termination of these Terms, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The Company owns all rights to this Agreement and reserves the right to interpret or amend it.
The Company may update this Agreement to align with platform development and user management needs.
