[Special Notice] Dear user, before you proceed with the Zestr account deactivation process, we hereby clarify the following: After deactivating your Zestr account, you will no longer be able to log in or use Zestr services with this account. Unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, or this agreement, your personal information under this account will be deleted or anonymized, and any previously linked products or services will no longer be associated with the account. Once deactivated, the account cannot be restored. Please consider carefully before proceeding.
If you still wish to deactivate your Zestr account after careful consideration, you must first read and fully understand the Zestr Account Deactivation Agreement (the “Agreement”), particularly the disclaimer, limitations, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction clauses. These terms may be highlighted in bold, colored text, or other reasonable means for your attention. By checking the agreement and proceeding, you confirm your acceptance of and compliance with all terms herein. Should you wish to use our services again after deactivation, you may re-register using your mobile number or other permitted methods.

I. Key Impacts of Account Deactivation
1.1 Once deactivated, you will lose access to the account (including using it to log in to third-party services).
1.2 All content, information, data, and records linked to the account will be deleted or anonymized (unless required by law), including:
• Profile details (e.g.avatar, nickname) and bound information (e.g., phone number, email);
• Personal data (you will forfeit rights under the Zestr Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law);
• Content you created (e.g., audio, images, comments, likes);
• All other associated data.
1.3 Deactivation constitutes your waiver of all unexpired benefits and future interests, including:
• Unexpired VIP memberships, levels, or statuses;
• Unused points, coupons, or virtual items (e.g.coins);
• Future rights to content you published;
• Any other unclaimed benefits.
1.4 The account cannot be restored (even if you re-register with the same mobile number, it will be treated as a new account). We recommend backing up necessary data beforehand.
1.5 Agreements related to your use of Zestr services will terminate upon deactivation, except where ongoing obligations or laws apply. You remain liable for pre-deactivation actions, including breach of terms or damages.
1.6 Cancel auto-renewals before deactivation:
• iOS users: Manually cancel via iTunes;
• Android users: Auto-renewals will terminate upon deactivation.
1.7 Other consequences arising from account deactivation.
II. Prerequisites for Deactivation
You must ensure the account meets all conditions below:
2.1 The account is legally owned and used by you, complying with Zestr’s Terms of Service;
2.2 The account is secure and in normal status (not under penalty for violations);
2.3 All account benefits are settled or forfeited;
2.4 No ongoing disputes (e.g., complaints, investigations, litigation);
2.5 Compliance with other security or legal requirements.

III. How to Deactivate Your Account
3.1 Follow official deactivation steps on the designated settings page.
3.2 Confirm acceptance of this Agreement and fulfillment of Section II prerequisites.
3.3 If the account is under penalty, contact support to request deactivation. Note: Further violations may freeze your request.
3.4 We reserve the right to assess eligibility based on security or usage factors. You bear full responsibility for ensuring compliance.
3.5 Upon submission, processing takes 7 days. Avoid logging in during this period, as doing so cancels the request. Post-deactivation, data will be deleted/anonymized (unless required by law).
We may freeze requests for verification or other justified reasons.
IV. Miscellaneous
4.1 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. Subject to the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction Specific, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding existence, validity or termination of these Terms, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
